我的GNU java 编译器(gcj)会不会受某些国家2006和2007年的夏令时间改变而影响？
解决方法:
GNU java 编译器(gcj)使用自己内部的时区资料库文件，所以会受到影响。所有用gcj编译出来的程序和调用gcj库的程序都会使用了有问题的时区资料。
